扦样式水产养殖水质监测装置的设计

摘要 传统水产养殖水质监测装置往往采用水质监测传感器固定浸埋水中的工作模式,造成水质监测传感器损耗大、工作寿命短。设计一种扦样式水产养殖水质监测装置,通过扦样工作模式创新设计、水体采样方式创新设计,把水体样本抽取到指定传感器位置进行检测,监测精度提高30%;非检测时期,传感器和被监测水体实现非直接接触,从而保护传感器,使其使用寿命比传统装置传感器寿命延长70%。在同一深度,利用该装置的运动机构实现同一深度,不同位置多点扦样,监测数据更加全面。通过位置传感器、单片机(包括STM32F4、MAX813看门狗芯片)调节扦样杆下降深度,避免人工操作可能带来的误差。 Traditional aquaculture water quality monitoring devices often use water quality monitoring sensor fixed submerged water working mode,resulting in water quality monitoring sensor loss of large,short working life.In this paper,a kind of water quality monitoring device with skewer style is designed,which is based on the innovative design of the sample work mode and the water sampling mode,and the water sample is extracted to the designated sensor location for detection,the monitoring precision is increased by 30%;the sensor and the monitored water body are not directly contacted to protect The service life of the sensor is 70%longer than that of the traditional device.And in the same depth,using the device of the motion mechanism to achieve the same depth,the different locations of multiple sampling,monitoring data more comprehensive.Through position sensor,MCU(including STM32F4,MAX813 watchdog Chip)to adjust the drop depth of the stick-like bar,to avoid the possible error caused by manual operation.
