基于精准扶贫视角下中国特色农业发展的出路

The Strategy of Agricultural Development with Chinese Characteristics under the Precision Poverty Alleviation

农业作为基础产业,是中国扶贫工作开展的重点。随着中国扶贫工作的不断推进,农业扶贫工作已取得一定进展。然而,由于农业发展中始终存在自主发展水平低等问题,使得扶贫工作中产生了包括产业结构不合理、市场分配能力不足、扶贫资金利用不够等现象。以湘西土家族苗族自治州为研究对象,将精准扶贫作为切入点,通过研究该自治州内特困村农业发展的实际情况,结合特色农业产业发展遇到的问题,从而探索出相适应的解决方案,为该州农业实现产业化发展,深入开展扶贫工作提供新思路,最终为国内其他地区开展农业精准扶贫工作提供借鉴。

As a basic industry,agriculture is the focus of poverty alleviation in China.With the continuous progress of poverty alleviation in China,some progress had been made in poverty alleviation in agriculture.However,due to the low level of independent development and other problems in agricultural development,poverty alleviation work had produced such phenomena as unreasonable industrial structure,insufficient market distribution capacity and insufficient utilization of poverty alleviation funds.This study xiangxi tujia&miao autonomous prefecture as the research object,the precision of poverty alleviation as the breakthrough point,through the study of the autonomous prefecture TeKun Village within the actual situation of agricultural development,combining with the characteristic agriculture industry development problems,so as to explore the appropriate solution,for the state's agricultural industrialization development,intensify the poverty alleviation work provides a new train of thought,the final precision agriculture poverty alleviation work for other areas to provide the reference.
