石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定水中铍含量结果不确定度评定 被引量:3

Uncertainty Evaluation for Determination of Beryllium Content in Water by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry

摘要 文章按照国家标准《HJ/T 59-2000水质铍的测定》,采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定水中铍含量,并根据国家计量技术规范《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF1059.1-2012),分析了各种测量不确定度的来源,在规定的测量条件下,计算出测量不确定度,对石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定水中铍的测量线性、测量重复性及结果进行不确定度评定。同时采用了《国家水质铍质控样》(GBW(E)130242),标准值及扩展不确定度为:10.0±0.6μg/L,k=2,进行测定对比实验,实验室测定结果为:10.3±0.9μg/L,与标准值相符合。 In this paper,according to China standard HJ/T59-2000 Water Quality Determination of Beryllium,the content of beryllium in water was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometric method.And according with the national technical specification for metrology of China JJF1059.1-2012 Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation and Expression,the uncertainty about the measuring linearity,repeatability,result of the determination of beryllium in water by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry were evaluated.At the same time,compared to the national quality control sample of beryllium GBW(E)130242 which standard value and extended uncertainty are 10.0±0.6μg/L and k=2,respectively,the result was 10.3±0.9μg/L which conforms to the standard value.
