With the development of social economy, people’s demand for electricity is increasing, and the route selection is becoming more and more important in the transmission line design. The rationality of route selection can not only improve the overall efficiency of the design, but also optimize the system and structure of the route. The author mainly analyzes the route selection in transmission line design, and puts forward some optimization strategies aiming at improving the rationality of route selection in transmission line design.
