正常高值血压人群中医体质及调护对策研究

Study on the Characteristics of TCM Constitution and Nursing Strategies for Patients with Prehypertension

目的:研究正常高值血压人群中医体质特征及护理对策。方法:对98例正常高值血压患者进行中医体质类型的分类,分析正常高值血压人群的中医体质特征。结果:痰湿质35例、阴虚质17例、湿热质14例、阳虚质12例、血瘀质8例、气虚质6例、平和质3例、特禀质2例、气郁质1例。结论:痰湿质、阴虚质和湿热质是正常高值血压人群的主要体质影响因素。通过体质调护,纠正患者的体质偏颇状态,达到高血压病的早期预防。

Objective:To study the characteristics of TCM constitution and nursing strategies for prehypertension people.Methods:98 patients with prehypertension were classified into TCM constitution types,and the TCM constitutional characteristics of the patients with prehypertension were analyzed.Results:35 cases of phlegm dampness,17 cases of yin deficiency,14 cases of dampness and heat,12 cases of yang deficiency,8 cases of blood stasis,6 cases of qi deficiency,3 cases of gentle,2 cases of special and 1 case of qi depression.Conclusion:phlegm-dampness,yin deficiency and damp-heat quality are the main physical factors affecting TCM constitution of the patient with prehypertension.Through physical regulation and nursing,the biased state of the patient constitution is corrected to achieve early prevention of hypertension.
