健脾益肾法治疗膜性肾病的研究进展

Research Progress in Treating Membranous Nephropathy by Invigorating Spleen and Tonifying Kidney

膜性肾病是肾病综合征常见的病理类型之一,是肾小球毛细血管袢上皮侧可见大量免疫复合物弥漫性沉积、肾小球基底膜增厚伴"钉突"为病理特征改变的肾小球疾病。目前,膜性肾病病因尚不明确,多呈现隐匿起病,且病情缠绵难愈。文章通过分析相关文献,对该病的病因病机加以阐述,并对中医按健脾益肾法治疗膜性肾病加以总结,为中医治疗膜性肾病提供参考。

Membranous nephropathy is one of the common pathological types of nephrotic syndrome.It is a glomerular disease characterized by extensive deposition of immune complex on the epithelial side of f glomerular capillary loop,thickening of glomerular basement membrane and“spike”of glomerular capillary loop.At present,the etiology of membranous nephropathy is not clear,and most of thempresent insidious onset,and the course is lingering.Based on the analysis of relevant literature,the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease were expounded,and the treatment of membranous nephropathy by traditional Chinese medicine according to the method of invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney were summarized,so as to provide reference for the treatment of membranous nephropathy by traditional Chinese medicine.
