摘要
作为国产第一台600MW超临界W型火焰锅炉,存在较多设计问题,主要表现为多次发生前墙中部水冷壁管拉裂泄漏和上集箱管座角焊缝拉裂泄漏。自2011年投产至2012年8月份,公司两台锅炉共发生水冷壁拉裂泄漏故障停运机组9次。水冷壁拉裂泄漏停机问题已严重影响公司安全生产正常秩序,给公司经营效益造成重大损失,急需分析原因,采取有效防范措施,以期缓解和彻底解决此难题。
As the first 600 MW supercritical W-type flame boiler in China, there are many design problems, which are mainly manifested in the leakage of water wall pipe in the middle of front wall and the leakage of fillet weld of header tube seat. From the startup of 2011 to August 2012, the two boilers of the company had nine outages of water wall cracking and leakage. The problem of water wall cracking, leakage and shutdown has seriously affected the normal order of the company’s production safety and caused great losses to the company’s operating efficiency. It is urgent to analyze the causes and take effective preventive measures in order to alleviate and thoroughly solve this problem.
