摘要
我国人均电能消耗量较发达国家有不少差距,对作为清洁能源的电能需求将会在今后相当长一段时间持续快速增加。火力发电厂因其电能供应稳定,技术成熟等优势占全国电力供应的70%以上,目前建设施工项目较多。高参数大容量机组技术要求较高,其施工要素也较多,施工组织难度较大,必须加强施工项目管理工作,以利于电力建设工程施工效率的提升,并为火电厂施工项目管理目标的实现奠定良好的基础。本文基于火力发电厂建设施工项目管理进行了简要分析。
China’s per capita energy consumption is much lower than that of developed countries. The demand for clean energy will continue to increase rapidly for a long time in the future. Because of its stable power supply and mature technology, thermal power plants account for more than 70% of the nation’s electricity supply. At present, there are many construction projects. High-parameter and large-capacity units have higher technical requirements, more construction elements and more difficulties in construction organization. It is necessary to strengthen the management of construction projects in order to improve the construction efficiency of power construction projects and lay a good foundation for the realization of construction project management objectives of thermal power plants. This article briefly analyzes the construction project management based on this kind of thermal power plant.
