摘要
随着电力系统复杂性的增加、极端自然灾害的频发以及社会对电能依赖程度的增长,停电风险也越来越大。台风、雷电、覆冰等极端自然灾害在短时间内会造成电网的多个设备故障,加上潮流的转移、保护装置拒/误动的推波助澜,进一步加剧相继开断,甚至造成大面积停电。此外,因设备规划、布点限制,部分设备运行环境较差,受到洪涝灾害、冰冻灾害、地质灾害、树线矛盾等影响,将会导致电力设备直接或者间接受到影响和破坏。本文主要从“互联网+大数据”的危控区可视化管理进行研究分析。
With the increase of the complexity of power systems, the frequent occurrence of extreme natural disasters and the increasing dependence of society on electric energy, the risk of power outages is also increasing. Extreme natural disasters such as typhoon, lightning, and ice icing will cause multiple equipment failures in the power grid in a short period of time. In addition, the transfer of power flow and the refusal/misoperation of the protection device will further aggravate successive interruptions and even cause largescale power outages. In addition, due to equipment planning and layout restrictions, some equipments have poor operating environment and are affected by floods, freezing disasters, geological disasters, and tree line conflicts, which will cause direct or indirect damage and destruction of power equipment. The article mainly studies and analyzes the visual management of the risk control area of“ Internet+Big Data”.
