This paper briefly analyses the importance of marketing audit management in electric power enterprises, expounds the current situation of electric power marketing audit work, analyses and discusses the improvement of electric power marketing audit work, and puts forward some suggestions, hoping to provide some reference for improving the effectiveness of marketing audit management in electric power enterprises.
