考虑多维因素的线路综合风险评估算法与模型研究

摘要 惠州属于沿海地区,输电线路受到恶劣气象灾害的影响主要考虑雷击和大风两种。对惠州电网安全运行来说,展开基于大风和雷击的线路综合风险评估显得尤为重要。本文建立了多气象灾害下架空输电线路综合运行风险评估模型,为沿线多种气象灾害同时发生时线路综合风险评估问题的解决提供了参考方法和手段。 Huizhou belongs to the coastal area. The transmission lines are affected by severe meteorological disasters, mainly considering lightning strikes and strong winds. For the safe operation of Huizhou Power Grid, it is particularly important to carry out comprehensive risk assessment based on strong winds and lightning strikes. This paper establishes a comprehensive operational risk assessment model for overhead transmission lines under multiple meteorological disasters, and provides reference methods and means for solving the comprehensive risk assessment problems of multiple meteorological disasters along the route.
