提高AAAC660mm^2大截面全铝合金导线压接质量的方法与研究

摘要 中国水电四局在安哥拉SOYO-KAPARY输变电项目400kV线路的施工中,针对AAAC660mm^2大截面全铝合金导线压接过程中容易出现的铝合金管飞边过大、导线散股和接续管弯曲等常见现象问题,改进了施工工艺、研制了辅助压接台车并提出了质量预控措施,有效地提高了大截面全铝合金导线压接施工质量和施工工艺。 In the construction of the 400 kV line of the SOYO-KAPARY power transmission and transformation project in Angola, the China Hydropower Fourth Bureau is too large for the AAAC660mm^2 large-section all-aluminum alloy wire crimping process, and the aluminum alloy tube is too large, the wire is loose and the connection is continuous. Common problems such as pipe bending, improved construction technology, developed auxiliary pressure-bonding trolleys and proposed quality pre-control measures, effectively improving the quality and construction process of large-section all-aluminum alloy wire crimping construction.
