浅析1000MW机组的深度调峰

摘要 随着电网装机容量越来越大,1000MW燃煤机组参与深度调峰已成为普遍现象。由于在深度调峰期间发电机组及其辅助设备偏离设计工况较多,可能对机组安全运行产生一定的影响。为了适应新形势,各发电厂纷纷进行相应的深度调峰试验以及设备改造,满足深度调峰要求。本文结合某厂1000MW机组现有的设备及系统,对机组在深度调峰过程中运行操作的重点、难点进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策,供运行人员参考。 With the increasing installed capacity in the power grid,it has become a common phenomenon that the coal-fired units of 1000 MW participate in the deep peak-shaving.Because the generator set and its auxiliary equipment deviate from the design conditions during the deep peak-shaving period,it may have some influence on the safety operation of the unit.In order to adapt to the new situation,the plant to carry out the corresponding depth peak shaving test and equipment reform,to meet the depth peak shaving requirements.Based on the existing equipment and system of 1000 MW unit in a plant,this paper analyzes the key points and difficulties of operation of the unit in the process of deep peak shaving,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for reference by the operators.
