关于燃煤电站中速磨煤机安装方案的优化

Optimization of Installation Plan for Medium Speed Pulverizer of Coal Fired Power Station

中速磨煤机的工作转速一般在50~300r/min,其在以煤炭作为燃料的许多项目中均得到了较为理想的运用。为了较好实现中速磨煤机的可靠运转,尽量降低可能形成的明显故障问题,在中速磨煤机的安装过程中予以严格把关是比较重要的一环,应该确保其安装规范标准。本文重点围绕着中速磨煤机的安装方案,从前期准备工作以及具体安装要点两个方面进行了简要分析论述,希望具备参考借鉴价值。

Medium-speed pulverizer usually works at a speed of 50-300 r/min,and it has been used in many projects of coal as fuel.In order to better realize the reliable operation of medium-speed pulverizer and minimize the possible obvious failure problems,the installation process of the specific medium-speed pulverizer should be strict.Gatekeeping is a more important part,and it should ensure that its installation is more standard.Based on this,this paper focuses on the installation scheme of medium-speed pulverizer,from two aspects of preliminary preparatory work and specific installation points are briefly analyzed and discussed,hoping to have a reference.
