Technical Transformation of 300 MW Turbogenerator

本文以实际的案例作为分析举证,某发电厂2号机组在发电机的端部运行的过程中,不断发生故障,经过局部处理,依然没有进行根本性的解决。根据定子的线棒的端部检测系统的数据采集,发现是发电机的设备问题产生了巨大的振动,因此,提出技术解决改造方案进行了相应的改善。

This paper takes a practical case as an example to prove that the failure of Unit 2 in a power plant has not been fundamentally solved after partial treatment.According to the data acquisition of the end detection system of the stator bar,it is found that the equipment problem of the generator produces tremendous vibration.Therefore,the technical solution is put forward and the corresponding improvement is made.
