摘要
鉴于PID现象对光伏组件的灾难性影响,为将PID影响降低至最小,防PID措施的研究已受到高度重视。传统P型光伏组件的抗PID技术大致可分为三类,即从电池片层面、组件层面和系统层面分别考虑对抗PID效应。对于已投运光伏项目来说,从系统层面考虑PID效应的预防和修复是行之有效的方法。本文综述了从系统层面考虑对抗PID效应的方法,分别详细阐述其优缺点。此外还描述了已发生PID现象组件的修复过程,并给出未来研究的建议。
In view of the catastrophic impact of PID phenomenon on PV modules,in order to minimize the impact of PID,the research on anti-PID measures has been highly valued.The anti-PID technology of traditional p-type PV modules can be roughly divided into three categories,namely,the method of countering the PID effect from the cell level,component level and system level,and for the already-operated PV project,considering from the system level The prevention and repair of PID effects is an effective method.The method of considering the anti-PID effect from the system level is reviewed,and its advantages and disadvantages are also elaborated separately.In addition,the repair process of the PID phenomenon component has been described,and recommendations for future research are given.
