为了确保通信网的稳定性与智能性,需要对智能电网的基本信息与将来能源进行对调。为了形成良好的资源规划,智能电网要从网架结构、服务特征以及数据信息的概括统筹决策。通过运行方式的改善,对智能电网进行积极的优化创新,才能达到资源利用的最大效益,实现节能减排的新能源利用。只有全面实现了电网智能化的通信调度,才能够全盘考虑问题,对问题进行切实研究。
In order to ensure the stability and intelligence of the communication network,it is necessary to reverse the basic information of the smart grid and the future energy.In order to form a good resource plan,the smart grid should make overall decisions from the grid structure,service characteristics and data information.Through the improvement of the operation mode,the smart grid can be actively optimized and innovated in order to achieve the maximum benefit of resource utilization and realize the new energy utilization of energy conservation and emission reduction.Only by fully realizing the intelligent communication communication scheduling,can we fully consider the problem and conduct practical research on the problem.
