浅谈电力工程项目管理存在的问题及优化措施

Talking about the Problems Existing in the Management of Power Engineering Projects and the Optimization Measures

电力作为社会发展必不可少的能源之一,近些年来随着市场经济的发展电力行业体制进行了相应的改革。由于电力工程项目数量的大幅增加,随之而来的则是项目工程质量参差不齐等问题的不断涌现,本文从现阶段电力工程项目管理过程中存在的一些问题出发进行分析,进而针对性的提出相应的优化措施,以期提高我国电力项目管理水平。

As one of the indispensable energy sources for social development,electric power has undergone corresponding reforms in the power industry system with the development of the market economy in recent years.Due to the large increase in the number of power engineering projects,the problems such as the uneven quality of project engineering are constantly emerging.This paper analyzes some problems existing in the current power engineering project management process,and then targeted Propose corresponding optimization measures to improve the management level of China’s power projects.
