在社会经济高速发展的今天,我国电力工程建设项目发展速度越来越快。如何做好电力工程项目造价管理工作,对提升投资使用效率,减小固定资产投资额具有重要意义。在一定程度上,工程造价管理理论与方法不足是产生电力工程管理问题的主要原因,因此,必须重视工程造价管理,建立健全管理体制及运行机制,只有这样才能有效、合理管控工程造价。本文在充分了解全寿命周期造价管理特点的前提下,提出了造价控制措施,以此达到电力工程项目成本最低的目的。

In the rapid development of social economy,China’s engineering construction projects are developing faster and faster.How to do a good job in project cost management is of great significance to improving investment efficiency and reducing the amount of fixed assets investment.To a certain extent,the lack of theory and method of project cost management is the main reason for the project management problem.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to project cost management and establish a sound management system and operation mechanism.Only in this way can the project cost be effectively and reasonably controlled.Under the premise of fully understanding the characteristics of life cycle management,this paper puts forward cost control measures to achieve the lowest cost of engineering projects.
