摘要
为应对电气设备出现的紧急故障情况,在详细分析电力故障应急现场需求基础上,研制了一种电力故障应急智能机器人,由本体系统、现场环境研判系统、现场环境改善系统三大系统组成,具有现场控制中心、远程指挥中心两大后台,搭载全套专业设备和智能程序,基于定向wifi和移动4G组成的数据传输通道,完成探测、监视、应急处置全套工作,定向解决电力故障应急处置问题。现场实际应用情况表明,当处于环境恶劣的故障现场,抢修人员无法第一时间进入,电力故障应急智能机器人能提前深入现场,进行环境数据综合研判及前期故障应急处理,防止故障范围扩大,为抢修人员的后续跟进创造安全有利条件,有效保障抢修人员人身安全。
In order to deal with the emergency failure of electrical equipment,a kind of intelligent robot for electric fault emergency is developed based on the detailed analysis of the demand of electric fault emergency scene,which is composed of three systems:ontology system,field environment research and judgment system and field environment improvement system.Two big backstage,carrying a complete set of professional equipment and intelligent procedures,based on directional WiFi and mobile 4G composed of data transmission channel,complete detection,monitoring,emergency response to complete the whole set of work,directional solution to the power fault emergency response problem.The practical application shows that when the emergency repairman can not enter the scene for the first time when he is in a bad environment,the intelligent robot for electric fault emergency can go deep into the scene ahead of time,carry out comprehensive research and judgment of environmental data and emergency treatment of earlystage fault,prevent the fault scope from expanding,and create safety for the follow-up of the emergency repairman.Favorable conditions can effectively guarantee the personal safety of the repair personnel.
