摘要
针对装配式变电站钢构件吊装施工过程中,人员和机械设备位置的不确定性,往往存在人员安全隐患,亟需利用安全管理和信息技术手段加强钢构件吊装施工过程的安全管理。本文提出采用基于ZigBee无线网络,运用BIM技术、无线传感器和改进的人员定位等技术,建立钢构件吊装施工安全管理平台。结合实际工程,通过对钢构件吊装施工仿真分析,可实现钢构件吊装区域人员定位,为管理人员提供实时报警、信息查询和三维可视化展示,从而加强钢构件吊装施工安全控制。
In view of the uncertainties of the position of personnel and mechanical equipment during the hoisting construction of steel components in assembly substation,there are often hidden dangers for personnel safety.In this study,the ZigBee wireless network based on BIM technology,wireless sensor and improved personnel positioning technology,the establishment of steel lifting construction safety management platform.Combining with the actual project,through the simulation analysis of steel component hoisting construction,it can realize the personnel positioning of steel component hoisting area,provide real-time alarm,information query and three-dimensional visualization display for managers,thereby strengthening the safety control of steel component hoisting construction.
