摘要
文中以深能高邮东部风电场项目为背景,研究55m混凝土塔筒在施工过程中水平度不能满足设计要求(第16段水平度误差≤3mm)的问题,提出了在每段塔筒吊装和预应力钢绞线张拉过程中利用沉降变形测量的方法提高水平度测量的精度,并提出了第16段塔筒水平度不满足设计要求的处理方法。
Based on the project of Shenneng Gaoyou East Wind Farm,this paper studies the problem that the levelness of 55 m concrete tower can not meet the design requirements(the levelness error of section 16 is less than 3 mm)during construction.In this paper,the method of settlement deformation measurement is used to improve the accuracy of levelness measurement in the process of hoisting and tensioning of each section of tower barrel,and the method of dealing with the problem that the levelness of the 16th section of tower barrel does not meet the design requirements is put forward.
