随着电力工程数量的不断增加和规模的不断扩大,在进行电力工程管理的过程中,更加注重效率的提升,传统的工程管理模式已经逐渐无法适应电力工程管理的需要。工程总承包模式作为一种先进的管理模式,将其运用于电力工程管理中,能够有效地提升电力工程管理的效率,提升电力工程的效益。基于此,对工程总承包模式进行概述,分析了工程总承包模式在电力工程管理中的应用优势,研究了现阶段工程总承包模式应用于电力工程管理中存在的问题,探讨了工程总承包模式在电力工程管理中的应用措施。

With the increasing number and scale of electric power projects,the traditional project management mode has been unable to meet the needs of electric power project management.As an advanced management mode,the general contracting mode is applied to electric power project management,which can effectively improve the efficiency of electric power project management and enhance the efficiency of electric power project.Based on this,this paper summarizes the general contracting mode,analyzes the application advantages of the general contracting mode in electric power project management,studies the problems existing in the application of the general contracting mode in electric power project management,and probes into the application measures of the general contracting mode in electric power project management.
