摘要 固体绝缘材料的真空沿面闪络现象是限制电力设备及电真空器件电压等级提高及安全运行的主要因素。综述了近些年国内外固体绝缘材料真空沿面闪络研究进展,包括主要的真空沿面闪络模型、真空沿面闪络电压的影响因素等,并总结了真空沿面闪络的研究方向。 The vacuum flashover phenomenon of solid insulating materials is the main factor limiting the voltage level and safe operation of power equipment and electric vacuum devices.In this paper,the research progress of vacuum flashover of solid insulating materials at home and abroad in recent years is reviewed,including the main vacuum flashover model and the influencing factors of vacuum flashover voltage.The research direction of vacuum flashover is summarized.
