摘要
沙特吉赞项目作为中国电建承建的阿美石油公司最大的电站项目,与国内项目相比出现许多差异。本项目作为EPC项目,业主并未将全部的调试工作交与我方,而是将预调试和非烃系统调试交与我方,烃系统调试和整组启动属于阿美范围。与国内常规电站项目相比,范围不同,标准不同,管理流程不同,这对于项目的执行是一种全新的挑战。同时阿美石油在管理体系、制度、标准方面,有许多值得学习的地方。
The Saudi Jizan Project is the largest power station project of Aramco,which was built by China Power Construction.Compared with domestic projects,there are many differences.As the EPC project,the owner did not hand over all the debugging work to us,but handed over the pre-commissioning and non-hydrocarbon system debugging to us.The hydrocarbon system debugging and the whole group startup belong to the Ami range.Compared with domestic conventional power station projects,the scope is different,the standards are different,and the management processes are different,which is a new challenge for the implementation of the project.At the same time,Aramco has many places worthy of our study in terms of management systems,systems and standards.
