摘要
四川华电珙县发电有限公司#61、#62锅炉在投运两年后,4台AP动叶可调轴流引风机发生风机叶片卡涩、风机轮毂腐蚀严重等问题,造成机组停运。本文针对风机动叶卡涩原因进行分析,并对密封性进行优化改进,避免了类似事故发生。
after the#61 and#61 boilers of Sichuan Huadian Gongxian Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,after two years of delivery,4 AP adjustable axial flow blower fan blades are stuck and the turbine hub is corroded seriously and so on.In this paper,the cause of the jamming of the wind mobile leaves is analyzed,and the seal is optimized and improved to avoid similar accidents.
