摘要
班组是企业的细胞,做好班组管理,建设好班组文化,保持班组活力,不断激发班组创新能力将是决定企业长足发展的基石。当前,随着“互联网+”技术的不断发展,给班组管理带来了新的机遇和挑战,如何把“互联网+”技术融入班组管理的各个方面,转变员工的固有思维模式,不断推动企业管理创新,以适应社会快速发展的需要,成为企业基层管理人员亟待考虑的问题。本文从“互联网+”这一时代背景出发,针对当前基层一线班组管理模式,班组管理中存在的问题进行分析,并基于互联网技术,提出对班组管理的创新策略。
