基于变电站端子箱封堵防潮的优化方案

摘要 针对变电站端子箱的日常巡视工作中常见的防火泥硬化干裂、密封胶条易磨损脱落、加热器故障率高、无法实时监视加热器状态等问题,本文提出使用新型高分子材料进行封堵并优化安装密封胶条的方法、结合珀耳帖效应和热管散热技术以及RS-485通信技术改造传统加热器,可实现远方监控并及时发现问题,明显提升了端子箱封堵防潮效果。 In the daily work,we will encounter some problems,like the fire clay hardening and cracking,sealing strip shedding,the heater status can not be monitored in real time,etc.This paper presents some improvements for these problems.This paper presents some improvements for these problems.Such as using the High Polymer sealing materials for plugging and optimizing the installation of a sealant strip,the heater which is using Perle paste effect,heat pipe cooling technology and RS-485 communication technology,to realize the remote monitoring and timely detection of problems,improve the terminal box plugging and moistureproof efficiency.
