摘要
近年来随着国民经济的高速发展,电网的可靠性越来越受到用户的重视。由于我国地域广阔,区域差异巨大,我国配电网实际规划工作中往往存在着许多无法确定的影响因素,具有离散、非线性、多阶段、多目标等特点,是一个十分复杂的工程。根据实际情况,选择合适的接线方式,是高压电网可靠性最有效的措施。在众多接线方式影响因素中,经济性一直是主要关注对象。在现代化的电网设计中,接线方式的设计应当使可靠性与经济效益得到平衡,进而使得整个电网系统处于最优化的状态。
In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy,the reliability of power grids has received increasing attention from users.Due to the vast geographical area in China,regional differences are huge.In fact,in China’s distribution network planning work,there are often many factors that cannot be determined.It is a very complex project with discrete,non-linear,multi-stage,and multi-target characteristics.According to the actual situation,choosing the appropriate wiring method is the most effective measure for the reliability of high-grid power grids.Economic factors have been the main focus of attention in the factors that affect many wiring methods.In the design of modern power grids,the design of the wiring method should be such that when the reliability and economic benefits are balanced,the entire power grid system is optimized.
