摘要
为解决配电网一二次接口不匹配的问题,国家电网公司运维检修部组织启动了10kV一体化柱上变台、配电设备一二次融合技术研究相关工作。在新的技术条件下,传统的电磁式互感器不再适用,取而代之的是电子式交流互感器。为了适应电子式交流互感器对二次侧FTU在接口、负载阻抗、小信号传输、隔离方面的新要求,文中提出一种采用数字隔离实现配电网一次侧和二次侧电气隔离的新方法,该方法不仅能够实现5kV的高压电气隔离,并且对小信号传输能够起到良好的抗干扰效果,满足宽输入的指标。
In order to solve the problem of the mismatch between the one or two interfaces of the distribution network,the national Power Grid Corp operation and maintenance department has organized the research work of the 10 kV integrated column change platform and the one or two fusion technology of distribution equipment.Under the new technical condition,the traditional electromagnetic mutual inductor is no longer applicable,instead of the electronic alternating current mutual inductor.In order to adapt to the new requirements of the electronic AC transformer on the interface,load impedance,small signal transmission and isolation of the two side FTU,a new method of isolating the primary and two sides of the distribution network by digital isolation is proposed in this design.This method can not only achieve the high voltage electrical isolation of 5000 V,but also achieve good anti-jamming effect for small signal transmission,and meet the wide input index.
