摘要
针对某火力发电厂制粉系统经常堵煤情况,观察分析现场具体的运行情况,发现是给煤机出口煤流中心线与落煤管的中心线不符合。通过加大落煤管尺寸和矫正给煤机煤流中心,以及改造给煤机出口落煤闸板三项改造措施,使系统设计更加合理,解决了制粉系统经常堵煤的问题。
In view of the coal pulverizing system in a thermal power plant,it is found that the coal flow center line of the coal feeder is not consistent with the central line of the coal pipe.By increasing the size of the coal falling pipe and correcting the coal flow center of the coal machine,and the reform of the three reform measures to the coal sluice gate of the coal machine,the system design is more reasonable and the problem of frequent coal plugging in the pulverizing system is solved.
