in the course of power system operation,transmission and distribution lines make an important guarantee for its orderly operation.In this paper,the characteristics of power line operation and the transmission and distribution film noise factors are analyzed.Then,the distribution maintenance strategy and the transmission and distribution fault technology are put forward respectively,which can make the related staff have a more comprehensive understanding of the circuit operation security and ensure the safety of the line.
