电力工程施工安全管理工作探讨

Discussion on Safety Management Work of Power Engineering Construction

近年来在电力工程施工中安全事故频频发生,尤其是在2016年丰城“11.24”特重大事故的发生,产生了极其恶劣的影响。因此,国家能源局将2017.06—2018.05定为了“电力建设工程施工安全年”,并在全国实施,通过策划动员、组织实施、总结提高三个阶段的运行,取得了良好的效果。本文通过学习丰城“11.24”特重大事故案例,在总结过去的“安全年”中实施过程,对电力工程安全管理中存在的普遍问题进行了分析,并提出相应的管理措施。

In recent years,safety accidents have frequently occurred during the construction of electric power projects,especially after the occurrence of a“11.24”special major accident in Fengcheng in 2016,which has had extremely adverse effects.Therefore,the National Energy Administration set 2017.06-2018.05 as the“year of construction safety for electric power construction projects”and implemented it throughout the country.Through planning,mobilization,organization,implementation and summary improvement,the three stages of operation have achieved good results.This article,by studying Fengcheng“11.24”special major accident cases,summarizes the general problems existing in the safety management of electric power projects and summarizes the corresponding management measures in the context of summarizing the past“safety years.“
