基于SMP状态空间等值的智能变电站保护系统短期可靠性评估

摘要 基于电力系统风险评估所提供的各项数据能够一定程度上帮助测试人员对电气设备自身的可靠性进行判断。而通过稳定指标定义的方式,借助于状态空间法中传统的转移守恒等值算法所得出的结果则不利于判断电气设备短期的可靠性,需要对于实现进一步的优化。文章通过分析智能变电站继电保护系统的基本组成,描述了基于SMP描述的SS等值,并列举了智能变电站保护系统SS等值模型,最后提出了促进继电保护系统可靠性提高的有效措施。 The data provided by the power system risk assessment can help the tester judge the reliability of the electrical equipment to some extent.By means of the definition of stability index,the results obtained by the traditional transfer conservation equivalence algorithm in state space method are not good for judging the short-term reliability of electrical equipment and need to be further optimized.This paper analyzes the basic components of relay protection system in intelligent substation,describes the SS equivalence based on SMP description,enumerates the SS equivalence model of Intelligent substation protection system,and finally puts forward the effective measures to improve the reliability of relay protection system.
