摘要
国网郑州供电公司带电检测人员对220kV某变电站220kVGIS设备进行红外测温时检测发现某221间隔母线侧A相电流互感器红外热像异常,同时超声波局放检测发现该CT内部存在振动现象。后经解体检查发现该CT有一组线圈处于短路备用状态,GIS设备本体内部该二次线圈引出线由于安装工艺不到位导致接头脱落,造成CT二次回路开路,导致铁芯磁通量增大,铁芯饱和出现发热和振动现象。
the detection personnel of the Zhengzhou power supply company of Zhengzhou power supply company detected the infrared thermal image of the A phase current transformer on the side of a 221 bus line with the infrared temperature measurement of the 220 kV GIS equipment in a substation.At the same time,the ultrasonic detection found the existence of vibration in the CT.After disintegration,it is found that a group of coils in the CT are in a short circuited state.The two coil extraction line in the GIS equipment body causes the joint to fall off because the installation process is not in place,resulting in the open circuit of the two circuit of CT,which leads to the increase of the flux of the iron core,and the heating and vibration phenomenon of the core saturation.
