摘要
在市场竞争愈加激烈的今天,火力发电企业要在竞争中立于不败之地,就要降低成本、提高能源利用效率,实现商业化运营,以获取利润的最大化。从火力发电企业生产精益化运营管理模式入手,分析了火力发电企业生产运营管理模式现状,从提高监管力度、增加安全生产意识、建立节能减排理念、实行绩效激励机制等方面提出了火力发电厂运营管理模式优化的有效对策。
In the increasingly fierce market competition today,the thermal power enterprises in an invincible position in the competition,it is necessary to reduce the cost,improve the efficiency of energy utilization,realize the commercial operation,in order to maximize the profit.Starting from the lean operation management mode of the production of thermal power enterprises,this paper analyzes the current situation of the production and operation management mode of the thermal power enterprises,and puts forward the effective countermeasures for the optimization of the operation management mode of the thermal power plant from the aspects of improving the supervision,increasing the consciousness of safety production,establishing the concept of energy saving and emission reduction,and implementing the performance incentive mechanism.
