基建MIS系统在麟北电厂基建过程中创新管理应用研究

Research on Application of Infrastructure MIS System in Innovation Management in Infrastructure Construction of Lin Bei Power Plant

随着近些年电厂工期不断缩减,及对工程质量要求的不断提高,给电厂项目管理带来了更高的要求及挑战。电厂的基建期工期紧、资金投入大、参建单位多、管理复杂,为了能够及时准确地反映工程的进度,使项目的决策者和参与者及时了解资源配给、安全管理、工程进度等情况,使项目处于可控高效的状态下,引入基建MIS系统,从而实现对工程项目的全程管理。

With the continuous reduction of power plant duration in recent years and the continuous improvement of engineering quality requirements,higher requirements and challenges have been brought to the project management of power plants.The construction period of the power plant is tight,the capital investment is large,the construction units are many,and the management is complex.In order to be able to respond to the progress of the project in time and accurately,the project’s decision making and the participants know the resource rationing,safety management and project progress in time,so that the project is in the state of controllable and high efficiency,and the infrastructure MIS system is introduced.Thus the whole process management of the project is realized.
