硫化硅橡胶涂层会随着使用时间的推移逐步老化,从而导致橡胶涂料化学以及物理性质削弱。笔者根据供电公司从业经验,文章从硫化硅橡胶涂层的老化现象进行分析判断,分析获得影响其老化的主要因素,并就其老化危害进行论述,得出老化橡胶层的处理对策以及预防老化的方针,为硫化硅橡胶涂层的老化处理提供理论依据。

The vulcanized silicone rubber coating will gradually age with the use of time,resulting in the chemical and physical properties of the rubber coating weakened.According to the experience of the power supply company,the author analyzes and judges the aging phenomenon of the vulcanized silicone rubber coating,analyzes and obtains the main factors that affect its aging,discusses its aging hazards,and concludes the treatment measures and aging prevention of the aging rubber layer.The guidelines provide a theoretical basis for the aging treatment of vulcanized silicone rubber coatings.
