FCB(Fast Cut Back),即机组快速甩负荷至带厂用电运行,也就是我们常说的小岛运行。FCB的基本功能是:机组在正常运行工况下,由于系统外部原因造成整个电网瓦解时,机组FCB功能将自动投入,快速甩负荷带厂用电运行,并在电网许可的情况下,重新并网向系统供电。机组小岛运行期间,要求保证运行参数在安全范围内,不引起保护动作,不危及设备安全。机组小岛运行试验是涉及到整个机组主辅机协调配合的一项高难度、高风险、高费用、无论国内还是国外都很少尝试和很少成功的试验。由于我国电网容量较大,FCB功能在国内发电机组并不要求。在尼日利亚,由于电网的容量比较小,抗干扰能力差,比较容易出现电网瓦解事故。因此,特别强调机组的FCB功能,对新建机组都要求具备FCB功能。

FCB(Fast Cut Back),that is,the quick load rejection of the unit to the power consumption with the plant,that is,the operation of the island as we often call it.The basic function of FCB is:when the unit is in normal operating condition,when the whole power grid is disintegrated because of the external cause of the system,the FCB function of the unit will be automatically put into operation.During the operation of the small island,it is required to ensure that the operating parameters are within the safe range,without causing protective action and not endangering the safety of the equipment.The operation test of the unit island is a high difficulty,high risk and high cost involving the coordination and coordination of the main auxiliary machine of the whole unit,which is rarely tried and rarely successful both at home and abroad.Due to the large capacity of China’s power grid,the FCB function is not required in the domestic generating units.In Nigeria,due to the relatively small capacity of the power grid and poor anti-interference capability,it is easy to break down the power grid.Therefore,special emphasis is placed on the FCB function of the unit,which requires the FCB function of the new unit.
