摘要
准确地说,伺服系统是一类控制发动机转速、转角以及转速,然后将电能转换为机械能,实现运动机械的运动要求的一个系统,它的核心是控制器,控制对象为伺服电机,以机械运动为驱动设备,执行机构是电力电子功率表变换装置,在自动控制理论的指导下组成的电气传动自动控制系统。本文在介绍伺服电机工作原理以及在数控自动化方面应用的同时,分析其不足及未来的发展方向。
Servo motor,accurately said:Servo system is a type of system that controls engine speed,rotation angle and rotation speed,then converts electrical energy into mechanical energy,and realizes the movement requirements of sports machinery.Its core is the controller and the control object is servo.Motor,mechanical movement as the driving device,the actuator is the power electronic power meter conversion device,under the guidance of the theory of automatic control of the electrical drive automatic control system.This paper introduces the working principle of servo motor and its application in CNC automation.At the same time,it analyzes its shortcomings and future development direction.
