摘要
为了认真贯彻国家节能减排政策,提升配电网精益化管理水平,由于目前已安装的大量10kV户外环网柜绝大部分没有设置计量点,如何改造环网柜,在其中增加计量点成为一个现实的问题。本文旨在研究在不增加柜体和环网柜间隔的前提下,从高压侧获取低压电源,给在运环网柜增加多路计量功能的可行性。
In order to conscientiously implement the national energy conservation and emission reduction policy and improve the lean management level of the distribution network,due to the large number of 10 kV outdoor RMUs that are currently installed,most of them do not have metering points,and how to increase the number of RMUs in the RMU Measuring points become a real problem.The purpose of this project is to study the feasibility of obtaining low-voltage power from the high-voltage side without increasing the gap between the cabinet and the RMU.This will increase the feasibility of multiple metering functions in the RMU.
