在AP1000核电站中工艺管道是重要的构成部分,其施工有着种类较多、分布较广、持续时间比较长等的特点。工艺管道是连接核电站各个设备、容器等的重要设施在核电站建成之后有着运送介质、控制介质流向等作用,是比较容易发生故障的设施。因而,应该加强对工艺管道安装质量的管理。本文阐述了APl000工艺系统,并分析了AP1000核电站工艺管道安装质量控制措施。

The process pipeline is an important part of the AP1000 nuclear power plant.After construction,it is characterized by many types,extensive distribution,and long duration.The process pipeline is an important facility connecting various equipment and containers of nuclear power plants.After the nuclear power plant is built,it has the function of transporting the medium and controlling the flow of the medium.It is a facility that is relatively easy to malfunction.Therefore,the management of the installation quality of process piping should be strengthened.The article describes the APl000 process system and analyzes the AP1000 nuclear power plant process piping installation quality control measures.
