SEC系统改进对运行技术规范的影响分析

摘要 红沿河核电厂位于渤海湾北岸,冬季海水温度较低,为保证电厂质量安全相关的设备冷却水满足正常及事故情况下温度要求,对电厂重要厂用水系统——SEC系统进行了改造;SEC系统为电厂的最终热阱,其改造涉及电厂事故工况处理,影响运行技术规范内容的修改,通过分析改进部分安全功能,考虑机组运行的实际需求,确定对电厂运行技术规范的影响。 The plant of Liaoning Hongyanhe nuclear power state is on north of the bohai bay,in winter,the temperature of sea water is lower,in order to ensure the cooling water temperature of the quality and safety of plant to meet normal and accident situation demands,the important plant cooling water system-the SEC system was reformed;The SEC system for the power plant is the final heat traps,its modification involve accident treatment of the plant,technical specification,through the analysis of the contents of the modified improved security functions,considered part of the unit operation demand,to determine the effect of operation of the technical specification.
