随着电子信息快速发展,各行业开始逐步采用“系统”作为管理生产的必要手段,开展一体化、规范化的信息技术管理,以追求更多利益。为创建更高水平的生产管理系统,合适系统的成功应用,会使工作更具规范化、高效化,令企业获益良多。若采用不合理的系统管理,不仅不会给企业带来盈利,还会给企业造成直接或间接的财产损失,带来更多经济负担和工作累赘,不利于工作开展。因此,合理采用系统并推广出去是一项重要任务。本文主要通过对实施生产及营配管理一体化的分析,探讨促进生产管理工作提升的方法。

With the rapid development of electronic information,various industries have gradually adopted the“system”as a necessary means to manage production,and have carried out integrated and standardized information technology management in order to pursue more interests.In order to create a higher level of production management system,the successful application of suitable systems will make the work more standardized and more efficient,which will benefit the company.If unreasonable system management is adopted,it will not only bring profit to the enterprise,but also cause direct or indirect property damage to the enterprise,bring more economic burden and work burden,and it is not conducive to work development.Therefore,the rational adoption of the system and its promotion is an important task.This article mainly discusses how to promote the improvement of production management by analyzing the integration of production and distribution management.
