山区水电站安全生产管理

Safety Production Management of Mountain Hydropower Station

水电站是我国重要的基础设施之一,在经济落后的山区发挥了较好的经济效益和社会效益。但是,水电站在促进山区经济社会发展的同时,其安全生产不仅关乎自身发展,也直接关乎到人民的生命财产安全。山区水电站具有数量多、规模小、分布非常分散等特点,且存在“重建轻管”、大部分自动化程度较低、从业人员素质不高等诸多问题,给安全生产管理带来一定困难。本文结合多年的水电管理工作经验以及社会实践调查研究,就如何搞好山区水电站安全生产管理提出建议,望能提供借鉴。

Hydropower station is one of the most important infrastructures in our country,and has played a better economic and social benefits in economically backward mountainous areas.However,hydropower stations promote economic and social development in mountainous areas,and their safety in production is related to their own development,and directly related to the safety of people’s lives and property.The mountainous hydropower station has many characteristics,such as large number,small size,and very scattered distribution,and there are many problems such as“rebuilding light pipe”,most of the low automation level and low quality of employees,which bring some difficulties to the management of safety production.Combined with years of experience in hydropower management and social practice investigation,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to do well in the management of safe production in mountainous hydropower stations,and hope to provide a reference.
