摘要
大型汽轮发电机正常运行时,定子端部绕组承受两倍频电磁激振力作用。端部绕组及绝缘固定件存在两倍频固频分量时,在电磁激振力作用下产生共振,容易造成端部线棒磨损,严重时引发股线断裂、漏水,甚至绕组烧毁的重大事故。机组在制造、安装及检修过程中,需进行端部振动模态测试,确认定子端部固有频率避开双倍频及相应振型。本文通过对某电站发电机端部振动特性的深入研究,成功自主配置了一套端部振动模态试验装置,并在现场设备成功运用,可供同类设备借鉴。
when the large turbogenerator operates normally,the stator end winding bears the two frequency electromagnetic excitation force.When there are two frequency doubling components in end winding and insulating fixed part,resonance is produced under the action of electromagnetic exciting force.It is easy to cause end line rod wear,which causes serious accidents of broken strand,leakage and even winding of winding.In the process of manufacture,installation and overhaul,terminal vibration mode test is needed to confirm the natural frequency of stator ends to avoid double frequency and corresponding vibration modes.In this paper,through the deep study of the vibration characteristics of the generator end of a power station,a set of terminal vibration modal test device has been successfully deployed,and it is successfully used in the field equipment,which can be used for reference for the same kind of equipment.
