微功率DC/DC模块电源的研制

摘要 本文研究基于自激式开关电源理论,设计一款微功率DC/DC模块电源,实现直流电压18~36V转直流5V/3W的过程。首先对自激式开关电源的工作原理进行了分析,结合所要实现的DC/DC变换器性能指标要求,对电路进行了完整的设计,对变压器进行了详细的分析以及试验验证。通过样机的试制、调试及各项环境试验对DC/DC变换器的性能进行验证。 the purpose of this study is to design a micro power DC/DC module power supply based on the theory of self excited switching power supply and realize the process of DC voltage from 18 to 36 V to DC 5 V/600 mA.First,the working principle of the self excited switching power supply is analyzed,and a complete design of the circuit is carried out in combination with the requirements of the performance index of the DC/DC converter to be realized.The transformer is analyzed in detail and the test is verified.The performance of the DC/DC converter is verified through trial production,commissioning and environmental tests.
