摘要
本文开发了基于EMS系统的短信互动平台,介绍了平台的软硬件架构及功能架构。通过与传统短信报警平台的对比,突出了短信互动平台在与用户交互、故障处理效率等存在的优势。通过在技术上增加对短信接收的处理,解决了主站自动化值班人员不在现场无法快速定位及消缺系统故障的短板,实现了与用户的友好互动,增加了用户体验。
This article has developed an SMS interactive platform based on the EMS system,introduced the hardware and software architecture and functional architecture of the platform.Compared with the traditional SMS alarm platform,it highlights the advantages of the SMS interactive platform in interacting with users and troubleshooting efficiency.Through technically increasing the processing of the short message receiving,it solves the problem that the master station automatic on-duty personnel cannot quickly locate and eliminate system faults on the spot,thus achieving a friendly interaction with the user and increasing the user experience.
