摘要
直驱型永磁同步发电机发电频率低,与之配套的全功率变流器因其开关管设置的死区时间,导致发电机输出电流畸变明显。加入死区补偿算法必须获得当前电流的流向,但电流方法判断受谐波电流的影响,同时低频轻载时存在零电流钳位的问题。通过在直流量上的滤波和辅助电压矢量角度判断进行死区补偿,能够有效提高发电机定子电流的正弦度。通过仿真和实验测试,证明了该方法的有效性。
The frequency of the direct drive permanent magnet synchronous generator is low,and the complete power converter,which is matched with the dead time of the switch tube,leads to the obvious distortion of the output current of the generator.The current flow direction must be obtained by adding the dead zone compensation algorithm,but the current method determines the influence of the harmonic current,while there is a zero current clamping problem in the low frequency and light load.The dead time compensation can be achieved by filtering the DC quantity and judging the auxiliary voltage vector angle,which can effectively improve the sinusoidal degree of the stator current of the generator.The effectiveness of the method is proved by simulation and experimental tests.
