广州某电厂汽轮机凝汽器真空问题探讨

摘要 本文针对广州某电厂夏季机组运行时真空低至报警值的异常现象,分析影响凝汽器真空的主要因素,结合实际情况,从循环水量、真空系统严密性、凝汽器端差、凝汽器换热效果等几个因素展开论述,找出影响真空的主要因素,并提出相关的改善措施。 in view of the abnormal phenomenon of low vacuum to alarming value during operation of a power plant in Guangzhou in summer,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the condenser vacuum,combining with the actual situation,from the aspects of circulating water,tightness of vacuum system and terminal difference of condenser.Several factors,such as heat transfer effect of condenser,are discussed,the main factors affecting vacuum are found out,and relevant improvement measures are put forward.
